Terms and Conditions

READ CAREFULLY

The current contract is between MainFocus LLC and the signee. By e-signing, full name below client agrees to all terms and condition listed on this page. Copy of contract with booking details and client’s e-signature will be sent to the client's email.

Payment Information

Regardless of the total price listed at the end of the form, the client will be only charged a 25% non-refundable deposit. The receipt will be sent to the client’s email immediately. MainFocus will send you an invoice with the remaining balance that must be paid no later than two weeks prior to the event date. If the client fails to pay the remaining balance by the due date, MainFocus can cancel service without any notice.

Service Delivery

MainFocus responsible to provide services on time with all requested add-ons.

All digital files will be available for the client to download in full resolution from online gallery within four to six weeks after the wedding day for no additional charge.

The client can order the photo prints right from the gallery or use their own printing source. MainFocus partner with trusted printing lab in this industry. However, if the client uses their own printing source MainFocus will not be responsible for printing quality including the colors representation.

As soon as the client receives an online gallery, MainFocus will start working on the wedding album. Wedding album will be designed in one week, and will send you a proof for revision. Client will have two revisions for redesigning the album. If more revisions is necessary a $50 fee for each next revision will be applied.

The client understands that MainFocus is entitled to use the photographs for business use, such as portfolio, website, and promotion without further consent.

Photo Booth Set Up:

Photographer will arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the requested time to set up the photo booth. The client is responsible for providing the desired indoor space for the photo booth set up, with dry and safe for the operating environment and solid floor. Photo booth operation requires to have a strong power source and must have three prong outlet within 50 feet of photo booth set up area.
