Terms and Conditions
By e-signing, your full name below you agrees to all terms and condition listed on this page. Copy of contract with booking details and your e-signature will be sent to the email that was listed on client's information page.
Regardless of the total price listed at the end of the form, you’ll be only charged $150 non-refundable deposit. The receipt will be sent to your email immediately. MainFocus will send you an invoice with the remaining balance that must be paid no later than two weeks prior to the event date.
Photo Booth Set Up:
Photographer will arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the event to set up a photo booth. Photo Booth can be set up a few hours earlier or stay later upon client’s request not to distract events atmosphere. The request must be sent to MainFocus no later than two weeks prior to event date before the remaining balance was paid. A $25 fee will be added to the invoice per each inactive hour.
The client is responsible for providing the desired indoor space for the photo booth set up, with dry and safe for the operating environment and solid floor. Photo booth operation requires to have a strong power source and must have three prong outlet within 50 feet of photo booth area set up.
MainFocus LLC Responsibility:
MainFocus responsibility to provide services on time with all requested add-ons.
Some extreme conditions such as weather can cost some difficulties for both sides. MainFocus is holding rights to be late or even cancel service if such will accrue. A client can reschedule rental services as well, at any open availability.
